COUNCIL ACTIVITIES & CALENDAR
Business Meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the
Pastoral Center Annex.
Officers Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
All members are invited to these meetings.
Some of our annual events include the Winterfest Dinner/Dance
in January and six "Fish Frys" during Lent. Then on Easter we hold an "egg hunt"
for the youngest members of the parish. We support the Rally in the Alley Parish
Picnic and Summer Family Week with food preparation. At Christmastime we hold
Breakfast with Santa and coordinate the annual Christmas Food Baskets and
Children's Gift Program for the needy families in Sacred Heart Parish.
We have adopted a highway in the city and clean that 3 or 4
times each year.
We support two seminarians from the Diocese of Fort Worth
with financial and spiritual assistance. And we are always ready to support our
Pastor whenever and however he needs help.
